I've been a Wells Fargo customer for over a decade. Wells Fargo unauthorized my account for their "e BillPay" Service in Jan 2018. In Jan 2018 my account was hacked. The hacker added their fraudulent contact information to my account and was able to download my information. The hacker also wired money using Wells Fargo eBillPay service to their account. Hello my name is *******. I’ve been trying to reach a supervisor with the brokerage department and playing a game of phone tag. I’m disappointed in the service given to me by Wells Fargo and as a long time customer I’m debating on changing banks. In 2 days (Aug 22 & Aug 23) I spoke to 7 Advisors' representatives and spend hours on the phone being transferred back and forth simply trying to link an account. Last 5 representatives told me 5 different stories (each giving new explanation) why I cannot link my account. I received 2 trial deposits from Advisors but was not able to enter them in on their website to complete verification, hence had to call for help.
