These providers might just be the worst kind of people on this planet. They prescribe meds after giving you a >5 minute appointment that you pay loads of money for and will only continue the prescription if you get an appointment, here’s the catch: they’re not always available so if you miss even 1 appointment for any reason whatsoever you’re going to be off those meds cold turkey (which is extremely dangerous) and you’ll be charged $150. My experience with WellPsyche has been so depressing and made everything seem so bleak. After weeks and multiple appointments, the business model as I've experienced it seems to be prescribing medication without bothering to get it covered by insurance, and then ignoring communication from the pharmacy and insurance until the patient has no choice but to pay Wellpsyche for another appointment to get it represcribed. UPDATE: every-time you catch them trying to steal money from you they then try to tell you they magically found a different reason why you still owe them money. Such bs Psychiatrist Dexter Jones is great. This review isn't about the practitioners here. It's about the operational staff. The billing department can't get one bill correct. I ALWAYS have to call back to inform them they've over-billed me. It's ridiculous.
