i’ve received great care here for over a year. everyone I’ve worked with has been amazing
I've been receiving services from Wellshire Behavioral Health for several years. In the past year, they have become woefully unreliable, from being unable to fill psychiatrist positions for months at a time (they currently do not have one on staff) to allowing providers to either miss or skip appointment times entirely. This puts an extreme strain on patients, especially ones who cannot fill their critical prescriptions without regular doctor consultations. I will be seeking services elsewhere in the near future.
I had my first psychiatric appointment with Dr Kenneth MacIntyre, and I have to say that he was very understanding about everything. He understood and respected that I didn’t want to try previous medications again, and prioritized what I wanted to be treated first. He’s also helping me get affordable care as well as transgender care. He proved within just 90 minutes that he truly cares for his patients no matter the color,identity, or background. Highly recommend!
