Absolutely poor service and forget about enrolling with them or their PECOS system. We've been in the industry for 28 years providing billing service and have had nothing but trouble. Most recent, making a change to a Provider, the application required an actual signature and not electronic. We contacted the woman on the letter "Monique" not once but twice regarding clarification, she never called back. We emailed her, never received a response. THE WORST!!! if u have requested reimbursement for services, they must be contacted. They are unreachable. Why are they listed with 4 stars? Should be ZERO starts!!!
This is about NATIONAL GOVERNMENT SERVICES but I'm going to give a brief history of how I came to write this review. I filed a grievance with United Healthcare in February of 2024 regarding an ill fitting dental appliance. The dentist refused to listen to my problems and was not concerned about my teeth grinding and moving after wearing the partial for 2 months. The dentist also didn't care that I had lost 14 pounds! They do medicare claims appeals except you can't talk to anyone there and they never get back to you. A total waste of government funds!
tried to call or get ahold of this company with no luck... They sent a bunch of applications with peoples personal info to me.
