Quick, thorough, best bang for your buck
I showed up on Thursday June 4 because I had a tick bite me 5 days earlier and now had a rash in my leg and flu like symptoms (a quick google search will show you those are common early signs of a Lyme infection from the tick bite) I pay the $175…..I pay the $175….i pay the $175. Everyone seems nice but when I eventually talk to the woman who is supposed to prescribe me doxycycline she tells me it’s all a coincidence that I was bit by a tick, I now have a rash at the bite sight, and I’m experience flu like symptoms. I have so much to say but no idea where to start. I have had many positive experiences with the NP Julie and the tech that I didnt get his name but he runs the X-ray. They are so kind, patient and most of all caring! I never had an urgent care tell me to come back so they can check up on me (I had hand foot and mouth due to my 3 year old). They have an over all amazing staff, as soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a happy smiling face who will help you no matter what you need! 15/10 easily with the staff they have now.... read more
I had such a great experience at Get Well Urgent Care. My mom was seen by Dr. Julie, and she was absolutely amazing with her. We’re from downstate but have a place up north, and the entire car ride home my mom kept talking about how genuine, kind, and attentive the doctor was. Dr. Julie was spot-on with her diagnosis, and my mom ended up being hospitalized and received the proper treatment she needed.
