You guys should be ashamed, you had a burn victim come in with severe burns on his legs from the knee cap down and turned him away over $112 dollars because of insurance after he called you guys explained the situation and you told him to come in anyways that he will be seen. He has blisters all the way up both his legs and in severe pain. Took all he had to come in, and turned him away, you couldn't bill him after? Went in as a walk in with both ears clogged. And was out within 1 hour and I could hear again!
The care team at WellNow urgent care was very friendly. They got me in and out in a timely manner which I love
I want to give a this urgent care a 5star rating, especially Kierra and the student Devonly who helped me a couple of days ago. They were both so kind, respectful, and welcoming at the front desk. I came in with my sick son feeling stressed and overstimulated trying to complete the registration process while calming him down. The student immediately stepped in to help comfort my son and helped ease so much pressure off of me. That small act meant more than she probably realizes.
