Scheduled an appt for my son at 2:29pm for a 3:30pm. I pulled up at 3:20pm and there was a sign said closed till 9/14. I seen cars where employees park so I called. They told me they didn’t have a doctor in.. but yet no one called me to tell me this. I wasted my time driving up there and they couldn’t even call and let me know. This was our first experience and will be our last.
I don’t understand how you can make an appointment, and it says you’re next in line but then 4 people get called ahead of you. Waiting over an hour to be seen,
Staff and Attending was very friendly. Had a 2 hour wait for not having an appointment. They kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. Offered me drinks and snacks while I waited. So overall, as nice and friendly as what the staff was the 2 hours weren't that bad.
We walk in and in just a few mins they called us back. Shortly after that the doctor came in. She was very pleasant and very informative. Our visit was alittle more difficult but everyone worked hard to get us in and out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend. It's also a nice clean facility.
Went to Wellnow for a bad sore throat. Everyone was efficient, professional, and personable. They did not seem rushed and readily listened to me. I saw Ashton Hamilton, FNP. Very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She discussed her clinical findings with me, then communicated the plan with me. And she is really nice!! Great staff and provider!
