Sat in the waiting room for an hour. Have been sitting in the exam room for an hour to see the provider. Nurses have been talking about their vacations and building houses. Still no idea of when I’m going to see the provider. But that’s ok. The nurses are having a good time 🤷♀️
I would give the treatment I received was top rated, a 10. All of the employees were courteous and helpful, it was easy to complete the required paperwork and the service was prompt. I had injured my wrist the day before and only needed to ensure that it wasn't broken. My normal providers were unable to see me until next week and I didn't feel it warranted going to the emergency department of Wynn Hospital. Excellent staff and care!
My children and I always attend this urgent care (North Utica office) when needed. Love that we can make appointments to be seen. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and listens to/addresses concerns.
