If I could leave a negative star I absolutely would. Absolutely ridiculous to wait for almost 3 hours. Be next in line for almost and hour of that time. Then to be told that even if my child needed xrays which is why we chose to go there the xray tech left at 5. I understand they only have one provider. But maybe if he was seeing patients and not back sitting behind his desk on his cell phone more patients could be seen! Worst experience I've ever encountered with any medical facility. While the clinicians here are good, their billing department likes to engage in outright fraudulent activity. Per my insurance and also per WellNow my copay is supposed to be only $30, which I paid in full at registration via credit card before even seeing a provider. A month later, I noticed an unauthorized $30 charge on my credit card from a WellNow Urgent Care in Indiana, a location I have never visited. It seems like it took longer than it should have with as few people were there for medical help. Once I was called back, it went very quickly. Not a coffee drinker so it would have been nice if the slushie machine we're working
Quick and easy. The People are respectful and kind and they all helped me quickly. When I came in initially there was a 2 hour wait but the front desk employee let me choose to schedule an appointment if I'd like to come back! Very convenient for the problem I was having
