It was almost closing time I had gone to a bronson prompt care facility on West Main in Kalamazoo. I was told that they were at capacity, and it was almost closing time. They refused me service. I could hardly talk or breath. So I went to WellNow Urgent Care on Gull Rd. They were so kind, took the time to see me and help me get what I needed to start healing. Thank you to all of your staff for staying late to take care of me. I am so grateful. God Bless All Of You

Staff is nice when they talk to you but they talk about inappropriate things for the whole waiting room to see As being owned by TAG Aspen Group who is a huge jiffy lube of places like aspen dental they also own this. Most of their locations are decent this one is in a super old building on a hill not very good for people with foot injuries the handicap door doesn’t work there is no restroom in the waiting room.
