At the WellNow in Liverpool, next to John Glen, Karina Volchkova is a perfect Ten. As for communication like “What is our next step or what we can expect” was very poor. Also people to assist or care to assist are not available especially in an urgent situation. And you can have the BEST Healthcare Professional operating in a not so good organization then that’s counter to our needs!
Our nurse (Kara) and doctor (Nina) were GREAT with my daughter! They took the time to chat with her, provided helpful advice on how to take care of her injury. I always have a peace of mind whenever going to WellNow! Staff are super knowledgeable and have great bedside manner!
