I went to wellnow at Fayetteville location and let me tell you about the doctor was amazing.He really cares about his patients and he truly friendly. He took his time to listen to all my concerns. My experience with NP Lindsay Neidig was excellent. I visited urgent care for an eye infection and was prescribed antibiotics. When my symptoms persisted, I called back the next day. She returned my call promptly, listened to my concerns, and went above and beyond to get me a same-day appointment with an ophthalmologist. She is truly wonderful, helpful, and empathetic. Highly recommend her!
Staff were polite, patient, professional, caring and attentive. One problem is dealing with the computer’s instructions being able to communicate! Exasperating to say the least’
Staff was great! They were all amazing. Wait was really long, about 40 minutes in waiting room PAST my appointment time!! Why have appointments?!
