They took good care of me and follow up for xray next morning with phone call and good communication through out. Very happy with service.
With no appointment first thing in the morning. We were in and out in just over an hour. We had 2 very different concerned and they addressed them both with test results and an X-ray.
Have visited many times for myself and my kids/wife. Have always been treated with great care and professionalism. This last visit was no exception, missing some paperwork but the staff went above and beyond to help retrieve it and complete the appointment. Fantastic experience as a patient and as a customer. Great job
Even with an appointment the wait was longer than expected, but that itself is expected when going to Urgent Care or the ER. When I was able to see the provider she was professional, thorough, and honest in her evaluation.
I had cut my fingers on a can of corn (lid) which1finger required stitches. The doctor came in and cleaned it. That was the most painful…& when Precious (RN) came to put the stitches and she was so polite & So professional, she explained everything in detail to me and made my experience a pain-free & pleasant..Precious (RN) was absolutely amazing. I hope anyone who has a visit at Wellnow get to experience her as your RN.
