I was able to make an appointment on line and when I arrived on a Thursday there was no one else waiting . I was seen immediately, health details noted and then the Dr examined me . He sent a prescription to chosen drugstore and I left . I was maybe there for total of 20 minutes . I was very impressed and won’t hesitate to go there in the future .
Fayetteville WellNow charged us over $1,000 for a standard urine test for a suspected UTI. This was after the insurance adjustment. It was impossible to get any answers from customer support, kept getting the run around, said they would call back and never would.
The front office staff was friendly and helpful, and I was seen quickly. The NP on duty, Lindsay Neidig, was very pleasant and a good listener. She came up with a treatment plan of some meds which she called into the pharmacy. That did the trick! Thank you!
I was seen by the doctor fairly quickly. He was very through and addressed all my issues. I received the correct meds and feeling much better. This.will be my go.to urgent care if needed in the future.
