Went to WellNow on North Greenbush Road in Rensselaer after slicing my finger on a knife. Staff were very kind and knowledgeable. Even had me laughing about random things. Michelle Cerone, NP, was amazing and thorough. I highly recommend this practice!!!
Not sure why the google rating for this location was so low. However my experience, front desk great, to the absolutely lovely woman who took my vitals, the doctor and the young woman who bandaged me up all amazing. Had a somewhat traumatic incident take place had to drive myself, new to the area. I couldn’t even put my own DOB in correctly, got lost on the way and was late to my scheduled appointment… everyone I encountered was kind! Yes even grown folks can use some TLC. Thanks everyone!!
Very clean facility with exceptional staff which are very polite individuals. The medical team, it is extremely educated, and well adaptive. Taking care of any issue coming through the door. There was very little wait time. Overall, it was a great experience.
