It is so much nicer than going to the ER, or even the primary care Dr's office. Staff is super friendly, you have your choice of beverages while you wait, have a coffee (flavor or your choice) 2 different flavors of slushies.it's so much nicer than a trip to the ER.
Anderea the NP & the other staff were nice. They answered my questions. It didn't feel as if they were giving me any run around.
I need lab work for a UTI. The person I saw said it could take 24-36 hours to received. She sent a script for Fosfomycin to my pharmacy. The pharmacy did not have it so being a Friday it would take until Monday to get. >The person I saw said she would call me when the test results came in.
