During my recent visit to WellNow Urgent Care, I had the pleasure of being attended to by Dr. Amy Garner. I must express my immense satisfaction with the level of care I received during this visit. While the wait time was notably lengthy, which is often a concern in urgent care settings, the quality and thoroughness of the care provided by Dr. Garner made the experience worthwhile. While the care I received was fine, the wait was ridiculous. I scheduled a same-day appointment but wasn’t called to a room until 45+ minutes later. A nurse took my vitals at 60+ minutes. I saw a PA at 80 minutes. Tests were done at 95 minutes. Results received at 110 minutes. And at a whopping 120 minutes I finally spoke to the PA again about possible issues, medications, etc. I peeked out of the exam room at one point because I was certain they forgot about me. Conclusion: Try other locations.
The staff was very friendly and nice. The medicine I got helped fix my issue within a couple days. It was also very clean at the office. Highly recommend
