Wellnow has always taken me seriously when I'm sick. That's definitely not the problem, it's the wait. My employer scheduled an appointment for me for employment reasons and I've been waiting for my appointment going on an hour and 15 minutes with absolutely zero indication that I'll be called back; despite being 2nd in line per their tracker. I came to this urgent care to address two different concerns, one more difficult than the other. I was checked in quickly by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, and was seen just as quickly by a very focused yet pleasant nurse. She listened carefully to all of my concerns, despite how long winded I can be. She did an excellent job of communicating her observations and helping me to feel comfortable during the first part of the visit. I walked in with symptoms I thought might be related to a tick bite. The staff were all friendly and helpful and considerate. For a walk-in the wait wasn't too long. The NP who saw me was very knowledgeable about tick borne illnesses, diagnosed me with Lyme and sent me home with a prescription. The blood work came back positive for Lyme and anaplasmosis and the practitioner herself followed up with me. I would be happy to use them again.
I have a rare medical condition called Silent Sinus Syndrome. In 2023, I had surgery to aid in alleviating symptoms and healing. And every sinus infection since April 2023 is a fight with WellNow to prescribe antibiotics. Went to site without an appointment and after registering was seen fairly promptly. The FNP-C quickly understood the situation and recommended a course of action. All staff I dealt with were pleasant and professional. Would not hesitate to return as warranted.
