I scheduled a visit online for 4:50 PM and I was the first one on the waiting list. I was called into the office around 5:15 and the nurse came in and acted like she was doing me a favor by taking my temperature. I jokingly said it seems like you don’t wanna be here. And she said “ well yeah I’m really tired because I went out last night”. I then sat in the room waiting for the doctor until 6:42 pm. Unacceptable.
Receptionist was fantastic helping me fill out forms and schedule me for quick appointment. In and out with my grandson including xray was 1 hour
