I want to share my experience of today September 17 at 11:30 I went there seeking help because I was difficult to breathe with very bad coughing and I don’t have my actual card on me but I do have the ID number of my card the receptionist unfortunately but refused taking me because I don’t have the actual card. The inside of this building is very clean and cheerful. The staff offer help and are genuinely kind. This is a really nice urgent care. Professional and personable.
The staff was amazing, I did have to wait for a little bit before getting in but that was expected for a busy middle of the day, but ever worker i spoke to was very kind, patient and helpful!
I was frustrated that I never can get an answer when I have a medical concern with the staff at the Sheridan Location. The PA or NP I dealt with was a young woman. I was expressing how I felt with some questions and the young woman raised her voice at me and her eyes got real big and she said, “Will you let me finish talking!” I understand she had things to say to me, but at the same time as a medical professional I have dealt with many families and hundreds of patients and have had families anxious, but have never dealt wit... read more
