I have been using this specific location due to the trust I have for the staff and doctors as well as their follow up
No meaning of scheduling an appointment as we were there waiting in the waiting room for 1 hour and then 1 hour inside. The PA was nice but wait times were too long.
Very disappointed with the service and lack of attention to my issue during my visit. I scheduled my visit as I was having difficulty sitting due to being very sore from an incident. I was taken into room, temp, oxygen and pressure taken. After 1.25 hrs of being in the room a nurse came in asked me where the pain was, said back, hip, leg and knee. I had a great experience when I had to visit Well Now for a bout with the flu. I waited only 5 minutes and was seen by a nurse and the PQ, both were pleasant and professional. They did test me for the flu and strep and was positive for flu “B” but they had a game plan and was very good following up. I could not recommend them more.
As a health care proxy for a person, I needed to see a doctor for him on a Sunday. It was not an emergency situation, but it was important. I was able to book an appointment at the Wellnow in Williamsville NY. The staff were great and a credit to their profession. Thank you. A follow-up to my visit. Due to it being a weekend, staff could not process his co-pay as the insurance company is closed on a weekend and that is not an issue for me.
