I recently visited WellNow Urgent Care on Sheridan Dr in Williamsville NY to get checked for a possible UTI. The lady PA there was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient and was very thorough. The culturing turned out to be negative for UTI. I would highly recommend this facility.
The Williamsville facility was clean and very comfortable with pleasant and welcoming staff. Even though I had scheduled a time slot I still needed to wait about 20 minutes due to 3 other patients. After that, the process was a standard medical office visit performed first by an MA who performed BP readings and detailed questions about reason for visit, meds history plus personal medical history - thia was my 1st time with this organization. It was very welcoming, Staff was rxcellent. received test results next day, staff checked in to see if meds prescribed were working
My wife dislocated her pinky finger we made an appointment for 1 pm when we arrived we only had a short wait. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend this WellNow Location
