From the front desk to the drs, very efficient, kind, caring, compassionate, thorough, helpful, and professional. A great experience from start to finish.
Went in for acute UTI Great reception and great care. Medical providers listened carefully to me and I was prescribed meds that are helping me. PA had on a great outfit and had a great smile!
The doctors and all the staff at this WellNow are all great! Always will to go above and beyond. They all deserve raises ;-)
I'm always weary of urgent care bc it just seems like they dont care bc there's not much they can do there anyway... But I was pleasantly greeted by the girl at the front desk and she also helped me fill out my paper work, the nurse was friendly and the PA Kayla was so down to earth and easy to talk to. The best past is she took me seriously and really treated my injuries like worst case scenarios. Definitely recommend
