I am so lucky to have been treated at Wellnow in Williamsville. The staff was professional and top tier! Everything was organized and efficient! While I was there and after I left, I was glad I went there to be treated. I am sensitive to being ill and somehow the staff knew and treated me like a human being! I can’t recommend any higher to future patients. Wellnow will miss the staff at this location :). I have also visited multiple locations and the exact said can be said about those facilities!

The receptionist was friendly and efficient. David, the RN examined my cut first, and a nurse practitioner Jamie, was excellent. Tested and examined me for concussion, and any cognitive issues. The team was professional, empathetic, and good communicators . Thank you for your care.
