Kayla is wonderful I have seen her there a few times and she remembered me and has been helpful everytime which is breath of fresh air. I am still waiting on my new pcp and it has been nice being cared for like I was seeing a primary. Everyone there is very friendly too. Great location. I have closer options but go there because of the people there like Kayla.
Having to seek medical care on Christmas Day was stressful, and WellNow East Amherst was understandably very busy. Despite that, once I was seen by Kayla Pierce, PA, I immediately felt at ease. She listened to my concerns, showed kindness and compassion. She took extra steps to run additional tests and created a thorough treatment plan, going above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Her dedication and empathy made a difficult day so much easier. I appreciate the care Kayla provided!

I can’t share too much publicly, but would love for someone from management to reach out. The front desk staff and the nurse were at least nice. The PA barely looked at me and when I saw my discharge instructions, I knew why. The nurse did not record my true vital signs— my pulse was 114 on the pulse ox, it was recorded as 84. My BP was recorded as 120/80, but I don’t recall it even being checked. This visit was pretty much a string of bad experiences rolled into one urgent care visit.
I usually have a positive experience here but today the room they put my daughter and I in was really dirty. There was what looked like something spilled all over the chair in our room and it was also all over the table they put her on. Nothing was wiped clean after the last person was in there.
