The staff was very pleasant except for one staff member in the back. I believe she was a nurse. I said a friendly good bye as I was leaving and felt negative vibes from her. If she was having a bad day it shouldn’t effect how she interact with people.

I went to WellNow for an injury to both of my wrists. The doctor gave me a single brace but did not advise it was $90. Had he been transparent about the pricing, I would have declined. I assumed it was included in the visit cost. Long story short, I needed additional medical care and needed to order two wrist braces that fit correctly for my injury.
