Came in today for a sports physical for my son sucks that you have to pay out of pocket but the staff was great the dr was amazing they were getting ready to close soon but they got us right in and out. Overall great service 10/10
I came to leave a review after my child’s visit recently because we were blown away by our experience. The staff were amazing, caring, and made everything more comfortable. It seemed busy, but they never made us feel rushed and we were in and out within an hour. We are new to the area so when I searched, this place had the highest reviews. I read through some of them. the people there are friendly and helpful. they get you in and out in a timely manor.
i got in fast and was done within 45 minutes. they called in meds to my pharmacy. everyone was friendly and helpful. they answered my questions.
Management and staff not friendly, except for one NP (Billy Jo) who is kind and treats people with respect. They don't clean their own facility. Can't even put a new roll of toilet paper in the front bathroom when its out and its out every week. They only have a cleaning company come 2 days a week and don't clean up themselves otherwise.
