They make urgent care so easy!! I was able to schedule my appointment ahead of time, they had appointments available for that afternoon. When I got there I had zero wait, they took me back right away, I didn’t sit at all!! The staff was wonderful! They listened to me and were able to immediately offer help! They were very knowledgeable and helpful!!
I had to go to an urgent care while away on vacation. I did not have to wait to be seen, I registered and was taken directly back to a treatment room. The young man who first came in to take my vital signs and ask questions was very kind and truly listened to me. The doctor was also very kind and listened to all that was going on with me. She prescribed an antibiotic for me with something for pain and a muscle relaxer. I noticed a difference even after the first dose. It’s a really nice office and everyone was very warm and welcoming. I scheduled my appointment online and when I arrived, I was taken to an exam room and seen right away. While they, sadly, couldn’t treat me there and sent me to the ER, my visit was a very positive experience.
This facility is a great place to go! I've been their 4x - each time I've gone- it's been very clean with great customer service and a great bedside manner with medical staff! So appreciate that more than you know! I made my appointment online- they brought me back before my appointment time. Was in and out in 45 mins! That is great service to me! Keep up the great job everyone!
You never have to wait when you go to well care in Geneva they are on the ball. They are always nice and you never sit in the room for more than five minutes and someone else comes in and the whole thing takes about 45 minutes now if you have ever been to an emergency room, you know that is almost impossible but up there it is and they are great. They treat you with respect, Never like another old complaining lady, Respect!!!!!
