Was so grateful to see that they were open on Labor Day. I booked an appointment on my drive in, was welcomed warmly and got straight into a room. Quick friendly service by every worker I saw!
Visit was simple from start to finish. I scheduled online which was easy. Then I went I. At my preferred time I chose. Ai was checked in while waiting a saw staff disinfecting all chairs, surfaces and any places people touch. I waited about 3 to 5 minutes then I was called back. The nurse was friendly and efficient. Then I waited 1 min and I saw the physician. She was friendly, she's listened to me and helped me with what I needed. Perfect/Quick visit to urgent care. Thank you.
I was extremely happy when I went here for a appointment. The staff was very nice, friendly and I was taken right away. I really like the well now in Dunkirk New York. Keep up the great work ladies. 🙂
