My latest visit was great. The staff were very empathetic to my situation. They even helped me up off the chair when it hurt to get up. Definitely recommend this place!
They never honor appointments times setup online. Be ready to wait for hours even if you scheduled an appointment.

Online scheduling is NOT HONORED!!!!!!!!!!!! Why are non-emergency walk-ins taken before people who made an appointment? Because they arrived 5 min before you? Why make an appointment then???? I had a great experience here as a walk-in before but this time I made an appointment. When I arrived I saw someone who had been waiting 50min past their appointment passed over by a walk-in that was listed on the wait time screen as the last person to be taken EVEN AFTER ME. I left.
