Didn't have a long wait to be seen, friendly staff, and very thorough
Clean and thoughtful lobby. My wait was approximately 20 minutes after walking in without an appointment. They provided a PacMan video machine in the lobby as well as free coffee and 2 free slurpee machines. The doctor was patient and interested in my complaint. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Overall 5 stars!
SUPER DISAPPOINTED... I went in to get my four year old checked out, he was tested negative for strep throat, but they prescribed him something for his cough. I went to go get it filled and was givein amoxacillin, which is something to treat strep... I called wellnow to find out if he was actually positive? He was still indeed negative, and they just wrongly prescribed my four year old medicine, which could have made it worse - it's a antibiotic resistance medicine so thankfully, I paid attention.
