Day 1: Came in to get our 3yo tested for strep. It's going around the daycare and he had a cough. 2 hours was rough but they did do the swabs. Said they would call with the rapid results and the other sample would be sent out. 3:00 We left. I never received a call about the rapid test but assumed maybe he was negative since he didn't have a fever. Day 2: 3:00pm get texted test results. Strep positive. I called WellNow about an antibiotic and they said I have to wait for the Syracuse office to call with the diagnostic confirm... read more
I went to WellNow with a hacking cough. Waiting time was short and I was taken in for the usual information recording. All expected so good. Tiffany came in and asked a few pertinent questions then listened to my lungs. She diagnosed pneumonia and prescribed antibiotics. I've taken them as per her instructions and am much better now. I'm pleased with the efficient and effective service.
While the wait is long even if you schedule ahead of time, the employees are worth the wait. I usually don’t bother with my preferred name in hospital systems as it’s easier to use my legal name and assigned sex at birth, but at one of my intakes a nurse put my preferred name into the system and the rest of the staff has been good about calling me by my preferred name and correct pronouns. It’s rare to find healthcare service in this area that actually follows through with calling me the correct name. Thank you
Very friendly staff, in and out in about an hour which is amazing! They made me feel comfortable and I would definitely recommend as the best urgent care in the area! Update 2026 and still feel the same!
