Everyone at the WellNow facility on August 25, 2025 was extremely helpful, kind and understanding. When I had trouble filling out paperwork, I was immediately assisted and reassured. I felt heard, seen and well taken care of. The lobby was clean and well stocked with hot coffee and cold slushies which was a pleasant surprise. (Great for coughs and sore throats!)
I was seen within a short period of time. The staff were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I am an out of towner who has many years of urgent care experience.
We were very impressed with the immediate care I received. I have many years of urgent care experience ranging from being an X-ray technologist, a front desk associate, running the occupational medicine department and more. The care I received was professional, and sensitive to my needs.
I scheduled my appointment online for 1030am, when I got there there was no waiting, they took me right into a room, within 5 minutes I was seen and my vitals were done. From the girl a that front desk to my doctor , I can't say enough about how well I was treated. Thank you for the great service
The staff was very caring and very patient. It was a warm atmosphere
