Needed to come here for a pre-employment drug screening. The service was prompt, courteous and efficient. I was only there for 20 minutes as a walk-in.
My experience was excellent. I phone ahead to see how busy they were when I needed to be seen. I made an appointment and got there 10 minutes early. I was seen on time and out with 30 minutes. Kelcey did an excellent job. She listened, assessed and prescribed correctly. It was a positive experience. Thank you for providing services in our neighborhood. I am sure that it helps everyone that you are here.
My Mom went in because her arm was bleeding. They were right on the ball. They took my mom right back and started working on her. Everyone was so good to her. Her wounds healed up so good that she didn’t even end up with a scar. Thank you so much to her provider Lisa wooden, Kody, Sam and Amanda for taking such great care of my mom.
Appointment was at 6:10pm. I was seen at 7:20pm. They forgot about me twice. I heard the receptionist ask the provider, “Do you know your appointment is here?”. After already waiting for 30 minutes, the provider responded “Yeah, one second”. 25 minutes later, the receptionist pops back in my room and discovers I’m still waiting. I was impressed. First time that I’ve had a doctor listen and give a crap. It’s a great place to go if you’re in a pinch. 9/5/25 —Another great experience. It was a bit pricy though, I’m uninsured. $175. But Dr was and staff were wonderful. Doc took the time to talk to me and was very personable. She even gave me a number for a free clinic in Marshall. Last time my visit was $100, two years ago And I payed after the visit. This time payment was upfront. But It’s becoming too expensive to be sick.
