Stopped on a Saturday morning. Place was almost empty; great doctor who prescribed antibiotic they would send electronically to my pharmacy. Went to pharmacy Sunday; no prescription. Called WellNow, spoke w chatbot, who forwarded call to human; placed on hold 5 minutes then told to leave message. Drove to Utica, no prescription was sent.
When we went one of the staff was absolutely rude and unbelievably disrespectful. Rushing us in and out of places, being judgmental. Just straight up disrespectful to us. She was giving us weird looks and giving us attitude. Absolutely terrible, AND they lied about a procedure that was done and how we were meant to proceed with it. Terrible service.
