This was my first experience with the Genesee St. location. Such a super friendly and professional staff, and I lucked out with Nurse Gonzales taking care of me - highly recommend, she’s awesome!!
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Worst urgent care ever. I waited over 2 hours with zero communication, and when I politely asked for help, the staff told me “go ask the doctor,” but there wasn’t even a doctor around. After waiting even longer, an NP finally showed up on the hallway. After I asked him, he rudely replied me, “we have many patients to see, If you can’t wait, you’re free to go.” I was left stunned. I went last week for walk in and they said they only accept appointments only they should shut down the facility. No niice at all and the person on the front desk are rude too.👀👀👀👀
