The staff and NP were very professional and helpful. I went to another UC for treatment and they didn’t want to charge correctly or seemed more interested in the phones than treating a new patient. Your facility is much better than any other I or my family has utilized. Thanks
Sarah Miller NP very thoroughly accessed my daughter's symptoms. She was great to interact with she makes you feel comfortable answer questions. She made sure she had a Dr. Note for school Brea was her assistant that day she was also great to work with loved doing her job. Flushing by daughters ears so the Dr could see inside. We had a great experience and would definitely go back. Even the receptionist at check in was friendly. They have created a great environment. Thanks ladies

Number 1: clean facility,! Plus Kleenex,hand sanitizer and face mask sitting on lobby tables! Impressive Number 2: Front desk people were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Number 3: I could make an online appointment! Which I believe shortened my wait time. Especially since I really didn’t feel well enough to be sitting at all. Wasn’t a long wait time at all! Excellent all-around experience! Clean, well-ordered facility with competent, pleasant, attentive staff from the registrar to the RN, PA, and (LPN?). Speedy yet not rushing me through.
