I booked an appointment online and was seen within 5 minutes of that time. The staff were all courteous and professional, providing needed medical care and follow up. Definitely a good experience!
We try to avoid this location due to extremely long wait times. We have consistently had to wait 3 or more hours to be called back. ‼️UPDATE‼️ We unfortunately had to go back to this location again now two years later. We waited 3 hours to be seen AND the doctor refused to treat my family member for an infection. She told us that she had a busy morning and that we could go call telehealth even after waiting 3 hours to be taken back to a room. We immediately left and asked for a refund. I waited an hour and a half after signing in on the clipboard for the opportunity to check-in and then I was 24th in line. 2 hours in and I’m 22nd. I didn’t get care today because I’m too tired to wait for that or drive somewhere else.
