I'm a traveling veteran and fortunately I can use any local Urgent Care. Wellnow was recommended on the VA website. I went in for sudden floaters and blurry vision, afraid of a retinal tear. Wellnow was amazing; after an exam they recommended a visit to an ophthalmologist asap. And Wellnow called me the next day to check on me! Who does that?! Thank you so much!!
Have used this WellNow in Plainwell several times. Booking on line is very easy and convenient. Staff are always very helpful and listen to what I have to say.
I came in with an injured ankle and everyone was very nice and helpful. I was seen right away. John took his time with me and thoroughly examined my foot. He did X-rays, went over them and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. I would definitely go there again if I needed immediate care. Thank you to everyone there!
My 2 year old was complaining of ear pain and our Ped was out of office and our local walk in clinic is closed on Fridays. Wellnow was easy to schedule and fill out paperwork online. We had a 1pm slot time but arrived around 11:30. The staff was kind and welcoming. They took us right back. We waited maybe 20-25 minutes in the room for the provider (Chad), Chad was kind and gentle with my 2 year old.
