The current receptionist working right now hangs up people. There was a complication with my daughter's medicine and the original doctor needed to approve something for insurance. Considering the doctor informed us about 9 hours ago and it wasn't cleared up yet, I decided to call wellnow. After making it through all of the prompts I could hear the receptionist pick the phone up and put it back down ending the call. 100% new that was what happened. Wow! What an amazing place to go get treated when not feeling well. They gave the best care for being sick! The staff are far above just amazing! There’s not enough numbers to rate them out of this world.
Friendly, efficient, clean and knowledgeable
Typically get you in really fast. They are so friendly and good to my family. This clinic does care about their patients in a whole. I've never had issues. And if you preregister online you can wait more at home than in the building. It's always clean.close door to car parking. I recommend trying it if you haven't
