This is not a paid customer review. WellNow has been efficient and excellent in the past and this visit was just as exceptional. Their check-in process was relatively easy. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and patient focused. Their excellence is found even in their waiting rooms with the information on their waiting room televisions are interesting and informative. Thank you for another fast, efficient, and friendly service.!

I recently went to Wellnow on Taft Rd in Liverpool for a persistent cough. It was the first time in over a year and they had a new procedure -- they prefer you to sign in online before you come. However, the employee at the desk was very pleasant in helping me sign in on a tablet. The PA who attended me, David, was very professional, thorough, and kind. Until I find a primary care provider, I really appreciate they are there.

Tried to call and not a single person picked up once. I was just there yesterday and saw nobody on the phone. If you try to call, it’s very possible that they will ignore your call as that’s clear that they did.

Absolutely horrible! I went there for a work place injury and they didn’t even solve the issue fully They sent the script to the WRONG pharmacy even though they asked me multiple times and I gave them the right pharmacy and they took 2 hours to see me Edit: they never even sent the script at all and now I’ve gone 48 hours without my script
