This place is a joke. I walked in at 8 a.m for them to tell me there's no provider here. They had me scan a QR code to fill out forms and their WiFi isn't working along with the printer and computer. So I waited two hours in the empty waiting room for a virtual visit. All I needed was antibiotics and they said they couldn't give them to me because the provider wasn't able to confirm that I had an infection. Complete waste of my time. I'm still pissed.
They were very helpful and kind.
Personal are very attentive to your needs even though you don't know what they are. They are thoughtful and compassionate. I will go there again if there is a need. Thank you for your help.
I had a very positive experience at the WellNow on Taft Road. I had concerns after I had punctured my leg hitting a dirty stake. They checked it out, patched me up and gave me a tetanus shot. The staff was very professional and pleasant & attentive to my concerns. Easy Peezy in and out. Thank you .
