Lost my TB test for my job. Had to go back to another clinic to get re stuck with needles. Also girl at front desk was half dead and could barely function.
The receptionist was very nice. The doctors involved and the nurses were very professional. The doctor spent time with me. I wasn’t that brutally sick, but I was dealing with severe sinus infection. The doctormade me feel most comfortable.. I have no problem going back there again if I need to. I’m hoping I don’t, but if I need to I would. It’s actually a lot better going to wellness as opposed to going to an actual emergency room. But you can be there all day. Thank you. Albert Cosme.
I made an appointment for my daughters to be seen they were both sick. I made the appointment around 4:30 pm for 7pm and 7:20pm as I was under the impression if you made an appointment it SAVES your spot in line it told me at that time there were 8 ahead of me. The receptionist told me it's not an appointment but a "reservation" and id have to wait until after all the walk ins for them to be seen.
