All of the staff was wonderful. The PA David Keyes who I saw was exceptionally great and listened to my words to understand my situation. Felt weird at first being I live 3 hrs away in a different state, but they made me feel welcome and showed they truly cared. THANK YOU very much for all you had done for me during my unfortunate visit.
First visit to a WellNow facility for my own health care issue. I am extremely impressed with their entire process from check-in to discharge. Provider was personable, caring, demonstrated professional diagnostic skills, expertly conveyed her understanding of my condition and what I needed to do to resolve the issue, and moved me through the process quickly but not hurried. We were seen quickly and had an x-ray done within 15 minutes. Staff was very caring and knowledgeable. In and out within 25 minutes!
