Avoid if humanly possible! Months later receiving a text message that I signed up for some payment plan that is going to automatically charge some method of payment. This is after they tried to say they were out of network for my insurance months and months ago. They billed my visit wrong. A constant fight with their billing. As for the visit itself, they don’t have doctors they have nurses. If you need to speak to a doctor you’ll have to wait to telemed with one in a separate room. Woke up with a crusty eye it felt like sand was in my eye bloodshot and red made an appointment with the well now on Taft td . Everyone was very pleasant, and I saw David Keyes who was very friendly and professional checked some vitals . And looked at my eye . Was diagnosed with pinkeye , went across the street to Wegmans and picked up the eyedrops. They worked great I like it there it’s very convenient.
I have been to well now on Taft Rd 3 times in the past 3½ months and I've been seen by the same person all 3 times. Consistency is important as it helped resolve an ongoing issue. Setting my appt online is also a plus. I like that it is across the road from my pharmacy. Very nice people all 3 times.
Amazing experience at this location. The nurse was very calming & welcoming. Dr David Keyes is amazing at what he does. I cannot thank you guys enough for the wonderful care given. Thank you again.
