I guess everyone can have different experiences. I stopped by for a walk in appt today, October 2nd 2025. There were 9 people already waiting. Some of them had not checked in because there was no clear guidance anywhere. The front desk person was not very helpful, there were elderly people standing and she did not even care to guide them or inform them of the check in process. Heather's blood draw was perfect; barely felt the stick, no bleeding or bruising.
We have used the WellNow that’s across from Wegmans on Taft Rd numerous times. Every time has been great but this time was the best. My son stepped on a rusty nail & needed a tetanus shot. We arrived 30 min before closing. From checking in to discharge everyone was nice, smiling & so funny. Especially the doctor, I think his name was David. He was talking to my son about fishing & how he had a hook fly back at him & get stuck in his arm. He shared some fishing pics with us. Friendly and professional staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The visit was quick but thorough. I got my diagnosis, scripts and instructions very quickly without delay. Also, there new location was very convenient for me.
