Everyone was super polite and friendly, went on line to make my appointment and there was no waiting
Beyond impressed with my experience at WellNow. I was offered a telecart appointment and was in and out quickly. Highly recommend.
I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lauren saw me and was direct and efficient. Her manner was professional and courteous. I had a wonderful experience even though I was feeling poorly.
All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant during the medical assessment. The intake process is time consuming but necessary.
Lady at front desk is amazing & very nice but it’s so slow here. Came with my boyfriend and waited over 3 hours to even be seen. Rude staff in the back also.. woman who took weight & height literally closed the door on me as I walked in behind my boyfriend. I am currently 8 months pregnant. She laughed and said “don’t wanna hit the belly” , yet didn’t hold the door open for me as I had my hands full. Got in a room and waited a extra 30/40 mins to be seen by the dr. The worst location I’ve ever been to honestly.
