Unscheduled visit for lump inner thigh! Lauren Raylinsky is a skilled ,compassionate provider; this was an excellent experience . There was a wait time but nothing that I did not expect!
I scheduled an appointment for 6:30pm, they closed at 8pm. I had been severely dizzy and fatigued for days. I arrived at 6:12pm and was put in a room about 10 mins later where i was ignored until 7:30 when the receptionist reminded me I had a copay. The dr finally came in at 7:50. After seeing every single patient, even walk ins who came after me. She looked down my throat and in my ears and told me there was nothing she can do . I went to malta medical where I spent 6 hrs being diagnosed and treated for hypothyroidism.
Made an appointment online, when I got there the girl told me there is a 2 hour wait!! I asked what the purpose of making an appointment is and she said I don’t know. Transparency is key.
I recently visited the wellnow in clifton park. I didn't realize how sick I actually was when I went in. The staff from the front desk, PCT and the PA that interacted with me were all amazing. The PA Angelina Miseno-callaghan was prompt at providing my diagnosis, discussed symptoms and medication preferences. Truly top notch medical care in my opinion. Im so grateful I stopped at that location. I will definitely choose WellNow clifton park if needed in the future. We need more providers like Angelina!
