Wellnow accepts our insurance but sends for lab tests to be done in an out of network lab resulting in the insurance not paying claims. Then, they use the card you have on file to pay for the labs the insurance would not cover when, in fact, they can and should be using in network labs that are covered by your insurance. Just got billed $936.00 for out of network lab work!!!!! The people that took care of me here were very nice. One of the girls that sit at the desk helped me to fill out the online paperwork. I was taking care of pretty quickly and all went well.
