The lady at the backside of the front desk was unprofessional and rude. When we asked how long we would have to wait to leave, since they couldn’t help us and had told us we’d be transferred to the emergency room, she cursed at us when we were already worried about our 9 months injured baby. They kept us waiting in the room even though there were no other patients in the urgent care at the time. I would give them minus if possible as 0 is not enough for this rudeness. We will Never be coming nor contacting this place again.
Attempted to take my daughter here for a broken wrist. They require payment upfront, which I don't mind, however I had met my deductible and had a 20% coinsurance due. They attempted to collect an $180 payment before my daughter was seen. For the 20% coinsurance to be $180 that means the total bill would need to be $1000+. When I asked for them to explain what care would be provided that would total $1000+ in charges they were unable to provide any details. They refused to provide an itemized bill of services either. I've had very good experiences in the past. This time put me the hospital for a week. My problem was stated and not recognized
