The staff, from the front desk, to the manager, to intake, to doctor, we're fantastic, courteous and professional
This place is horrible when it comes to billing. They state on their website that a telehealth visit is only $75. But then months later send you a bill for over $200. When nothing on their website states it's actually more than $75. Then claiming they have sent multiple invoices and you're on the last notice before they send the invoice to a credit collector. Very pleasant visit, I was seen rather quickly. Once in the room the PA came in within 5mins heard my complaints and followed up with my exact needs. My visit overall went smooth and very quickly and to the point no unnecessary testing or waiting. Overall very impressed and their staff there were friendly and courteous.
The doctors are amazing they keep me coming when I need to be seen quick. The only downfall is the receptionists are always rude, unhelpful and lazy. They make sure to put you in a fowl mood. You really need better training for them so they know how to give at least decent customer service.
WellNow Urgent Care is an excellent place to go when ypu need help. They are very understanding of your needs and circumstances.
