This clinic was nice, good parking, easy to find. Everyone was friendly, I didn’t have an appointment but I was seen without too much of a wait. I saw a nurse and a PA. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. I felt like they heard me and cared.
Didn't have to wait too long to get into a room. Alyssa was great and very thorough. I felt comfortable enough to be open with her and let her know about my issue and Alyssa was able to come up with a solution for me. The reason why this is 4 stars is because I don't like their automated system. It does not get you to a live person right away, and when it does, the system says their busy, you can leave a voice message but it doesn't guarantee you a call back. Waiting time was too long. The provider, Christopher Carlin, PA was excellent.
I was treated very rudely by the nurse because I accidentally came in the opened back door by the parking lot by mistake then I was told by the receptionist that I had to pay a $60 co-pay when my card showed I pay a $30 co-pay or I would not be seen and I said goodbye and then went to the Bone And joint urgent care on Washington Avenue and I was in and out with no problems in 1/2 hour Don’t waste your time going to this place They were more interested in flirting with the FedEx guy than they were in treating anyone coming th... read more
The people here are incredibly kind, welcoming, and good at what they do. Very funny, too! 🤣 I was seen quickly, and in and out in under an hour to remove a few stitches. Thank you all
