The nurse Addae had such a warm presence. She was kind, welcoming and very informative. I really liked how she explained everything she was going to do, prior to doing it to my anxious son. Wisdom was just as you would expect with such a name. Equally as informative and took the time to explain the differences between the strep infections to me. They were wonderful and while I hope I do not see them soon, I will make the drive to this well now the next time we’re ill. Thank you!
I am writing this review based on my wife’s experience at WellNow, which was extremely disappointing. She went in to give a blood sample for MMR titers and was told the lab results would be available within 20–48 hours. After 48 hours, she went back to collect the report and was told it would be ready the next day (Thursday). When she returned on Thursday, she was then told the report would take 7 business days. I made a reservation at this facility. I also filled the intake out online before I arrived. That was easy. There was a bit of await even with a reservation, but only about 45 min. Understandably as this is a walk in site. The front desk girl was working alone and had alot of people to check in. She was efficient, personable and had a smile in her face while interacting with alot of people and questions. Big kudos to her as some people may not be able to handle high volumn clients!
