This is honestly one of the only urgent cares in Albany that I'll go to now. I had been here once a few years ago, and the experience was good, but now having gone a second time this week for a bad injury and having a wonderful experience, I'll always recommend them. My granddaughter suggested this facility & she was right that it was the best possible location for Urgent Care. Amy was so professional & my doctor was able to diagnose my condition as a result of the test & Amy's examination results.
I was treated at WellNow Urgent Care, 1438 Western Ave, Albany, NY for a cutaneous abscess of the left upper limb. The provider performed an incision and drainage (I&D) under local anesthesia, extended your antibiotic treatment, and gave you detailed homecare and follow-up instructions.
