I received excellent care at WellNow. I was impressed that after the lab sent back the results of my tests the doctor actually called me to change my antibiotic because the results indicated a different one was needed. The only criticism I have is that WellNow has a St. Peter’s partners sign, and the reason I chose them was because I had just been discharged from St. Peter’s hospital and they would be able to review all my records. I don’t recommend this place to anyone needing urgent care. Wait was almost 3hrs for a scheduled appointment. They did mention at the front desk that it’s only one provider which I understood and expected some wait. My issue is they had me wait an hr in the lobby, took me to the back to this cold room where I waited almost 2 hours just to be seen for less than 10 minutes. I found that quite misleading especially to the people waiting in the lobby as it gives a false impression that the line is moving. I would have reschedule... read more
