I was there for DOT Medical Card Physical.I made my appointment on-line.I arrived 15 minutes early to finish the paperwork.I was called less than 5 minutes.The staff and Doctors were very nice,I got my physical, medical card and I was on my way..Awesome Visit!!
My great experience started with the receptionist. She was friendly, patient with my shortfalls with technology and gave me great advice in making my visit more affordable. The x-ray technician was friendly, personable and efficient. The doctor Marlee was awesome. Thorough, friendly, caring, efficient and knowledgeable but listened at the same time. Very competent. Staff is very knowledgeable and responsive !! I have been pleased the last two times I have been seen by Wellcare staff. Wait time had improved, but I have been making appts which work out well. The one downside is that the medical records are not kept online, so I had to re- enter all the info again which is not always easy to do on the website ?!? Some additional attention to those details will make the experience better :))
