Been here twice in the last few weeks and both time had an 820am and 810am appointment and both times, the doctors didnt show up on time at 8am to open, meaning a bunch of people had to wait outside until they got to work around 830 to 9am. I was told if I left and came back at 9 when they showed up, I would lose my timespot and everyone else that didnt have an apt but sat in the lobby for an hour or so would go ahead of me. You would think "Urgent" care meant showing up for work on time.

I arrived at opening time on a Monday morning and was seen and diagnosed within 30 minutes. Everyone I met was kind and professional. I was diagnosed correctly and prescribed medication promptly. It was the ideal experience for someone being out-of-town from their normal healthcare provider. I would highly recommend this location.

Great service and very helpful and friendly, very little wait time. Much better than going to the ER. Pre-register for your appointment online plus you have the ability to schedule a time that works best for you.

Called before I showed up for a drug test spoke to a lady. She told me that there’s no weight for drug test. They’ll bring you back Right away. I arrived to do my drug test The lady told me I need an appointment and she said since I’m a walk-in, I will have to wait for over an hour for a drug test because they had other people in there that were being seen for illness. Wouldn’t recommend this place
