Update: 10/28- Injured knee due to history of tendon ruptures. Also had concerns cellulitis wasn't completely healed Saw NP Jeanine and she was mostly concerned with elevated BP vs the cause (knee & foot pain) Different provider, different care response. Didn't have correct size immobilizer and was told to avoid weight bearing and to call back in the afternoon to see if the afternoon shipments rec'd daily included correct immobilizer size.if arrived, return to pick up and begin use. Got a Sunday appointment--no problem. Saw excellent care givers. Got a script. Got a follow up call to say culture showed I needed a different med which was ordered.
My experience was that the exam was thorough, timely, covered all the information that I needed. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
Waited in a room for over 45 minutes before being seen. My nurse asked if Zithromax started with a Z???? Chose to come here after work instead of going to my PCP out in Peru and I’ll never made that mistake again.
