I had went to my Primary Care Dr for severe cough and respiratory issues, they didn’t test me for anything or do an X-ray. I was told to continue over counter medication, for a sinus infection (my nose was not stuffed at all). The next day I was worse to point my back and chest hurt from coughing so hard. The staff at WellNow was amazing! They tested me for everything going around, took a chest X-ray- which showed fluid in my lung, and sent me home with multiple prescriptions to help with Bronchitis, possible pneumonia. I signed in, due to nature of illness, seen in a very timely manner. Treated exceptionally well. Given the urgent treatment I needed and was made very comfortable by staff. I'd highly recommend this facility over ER anyway! I'd like to thank everyone for their help in getting in, and treating me. Jo well done!
Unfortunately got hit with a diagnosis of shingles, after a knee injury. Never a good time for any of these inconveniences, front desk checked me in easily, the nurse Marisha was great with a good demeanor patiently listening to my sob story. Dr came in confirmed the shingles and did a great job assessing my knee bruising. Recommended a brace and X-ray. I will follow up. Great job WellNow1
February 17, 2026 I made an appointment online. It was easy and the site showed me where I was in line. I was seen quickly upon arrival. Staff were very polite and the medical service was great. I highly recommend, especially for non life threatening “emergencies” where the wait time is much less and care is more cost effective than an ER visit. The ER is overused and should be reserved for actual emergencies. I was very satisfied with the service.
