WellNow urgent care was professional & very helpful in getting our PA's physicals in a timely manner
It was my first time there ever and the staff that took care of me were very awesome and also Wonderful! Leith Ashkar was very professional and helpful me out and guided me on through out my ordeal He even called the Emergency Room for me, Everything turn out to be ok and all the tests that they did at the ER all Turnout to be fine 🙂 I am slowly getting better!
Went in for foot/ankle pain and swelling. Easy to make appointment online. Staff were friendly and helpful even though they were short staffed. As a nurse I can empathize with that and they were all amazing and friendly. Lieth Ashkar, PA was very friendly and attentive. Kept me updated on progress of X-ray reports.
I recently visited WellNow in Plattsburgh and although the wait time was a little longer than expected, my experience with Leith more than made up for it. Leith was absolutely amazing—attentive, compassionate, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. They acknowledged and apologized for the wait, which I really appreciated. Great experience! Everyone was helpful, kind, and had me in and out with my needs taken care of in amazing time. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs medical care.
