Very nice people was fast moving and they helped me alot I would go there again and I feel so much better great nurse and wonderful doctor in lockport
Very efficient people! Cherie(?) the nurse and Amy the doctor were amazing and extremely compassionate. Its like they listen to you as opposed to other places, where you are just a dollar sign! Definitely will be using them more!!!
Everyone was helpful and friendly. I fell good about my results. I definitely would recommend WellNow Urgent Care.
Good staff at this location but abhorrent customer service on the phone and terrible billing practices. Recently received an astronomical bill 5 months after being seen, when I called to get an explanation, I received no help with zero compassion or understanding. After calling my insurance company I discovered it was them who made the error by using an out of network lab which is illegal per the NY Surprise Bill Act. Examine your bills carefully
