I would give zero stars if I could. During a recent visit, the behavior of one of the providers came across as very creepy and unprofessional, making the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. If you’re a woman, I’d strongly recommend considering another option before coming here. Conduct, care, and overall experience was extremely disappointing to say the least. I will never go to or recommend this or any other WellNow location, especially for women or those who already have a distrust towards medical environments.
Such a disappointment. The first time I was there I was disappointed in the wait and lack of introductions of names and had to ask staff to satanize their hands prior to touching my infant. Desperate times call for desperate measures, my child is sick but not acute for an emergency room visit. Website showed walk-in available. Drove 35 mins to get here to say they’re not accepting walk-ins. I went to ask a question and the receptionist spoke over me. Don’t even waste your time; it’s not worth it.
Quick service. Nice friendly staff. I have never had a bad experience at the Lockport location or any other location I have used.
Extremely compassionate and helpful. Even the front desk was nice (which is rarely the case these days). I was in and out in less than an hour and they walked me through the entire process.
I had a work related injury and went to this specific clinic because I've been a few times and they were good experiences. This time it was exceptional. My PA , Kayla has THE BEST bedside manners. I can't say enough about ALL of the employees. I will never go anywhere else!! I'd give 10 starts if I could!
