Very easy to make an online app't & check in. I was shown to a room quickly, nurse came in timely and took my vitals and asked what my medical situation was. After she left, attending physician came in almost immediately n listened to my medical concerns. Made an appointment to be seen. Let me reiterate myself here an appointment to be seen. Showed up to the exam at 10:10 appointment was at 10:25 currently it’s 12:22 and for some reason we are still sitting here waiting.
We absolutely have had the best experience everytime we come. Our doctor never wants to have us come in and always says go to well now and I am so happy. They found my doctors torn ligaments. They were able to help my son with hm being sick and getting hm the stuff to make him feel better. Staff was absolutely amazing. Booking online is so amazing l.
Dr Riggles is the only reason for this low review. The facility is great and I’ve been here before. Very helpful, great recommendations, and the nurses are so sweet and attentive. It took me three weeks to convince my wife that she needed to get her injury checked. He was so painfully unpersonable, going so far as to wave her off for being worried and remarking to “quit her job” if she didn’t like carpal tunnel. I'd rate more stars because the staff is great. However, the price you have to pay to be seen is just astronomical. For a place that was created to give people easier access to Healthcare in emergencies, the pricing Isn't really helping with that. I know they have no control and it's mostly the government, which is why I rate them at 3 stars.
