I am responsible for a lady who has no other family to help with transport, medical appointments, etc. I live in San Diego County. My lady lives at an assisted living facility in Orange where she moved to from Huntington Beach. We have approximately 1 dozen doctors and specialists throughout Orange County. We first started booking with WellNET about a year ago when we managed to get a prescription for medical transport - my lady is wheelchair bound. They are irresponsable. Don't even try. I arrange transportation 15 days before the appointment day, and they say we will call you 2 days before to confirm. I call 7 day before tha appointment day so I can get a confirmation and they said we don’t have the appointment time I fax all information , I thought that was ok today is 3 day before my appointment and day said they don't have transportation available for that day .. como on you staff are irresponsible, donot trust in this company.

Matthew Sprawls hates being told how to fix his company when he’s called out he immediately tries to subtly invite you to the office to fight or in his own words “come handle this” I repeatedly told him I don’t want to handle anything I want it fixed.
