Adriana V. at the Hayward Wellnessmart was such a rude Staff Nurse. She gave so much unnecessary attitude and kept going on about how she had ONE walk-in client before me which she wasn’t even assisting at the time. People like her should NOT work in customer service, let alone healthcare. I did not treat her rudely nor did I say anything for her to treat me that way so I was put in a very weird position, so much tension from a “professional”. Very rude nurse. She come super later and she cancel my appointment last min. I told her am here already and I make the appointment a week ago. She stay for 30min and she will take her lunch break and make me await for another 1 hr.
The staff was very friendly and everything was very quick and organized.
