I had an appointment and when I arrived, the doors were locked. I decided to wait a bit, but after 10 minutes, I called the customer rep (who was very nice and helpful, hence the 2-stars). Turns out they’re running late and didn’t notify me/cancel my appointment.
This is my sexind time coming to this clinic and I love it. Great prices for physical forms, quick and easy. Staff members are so friendly and professional. Brea was extremely helpful and she treated me with so much kindness and respect despite me being in a rush and having a stressful day she made it better. THANK YOU BREA 🥰!!!
Great quick service. Helped me out with 20 minutes left until closing.
Very chill and simple. Nurses are quick, efficient, and they are very patient and respectful. They may turn away walk ins about a 1/2 hour prior to closing just to ensure they can complete all steps necessary for everyone. I appreciated the attention to details the nurses provided and made the whole process very smooth. I’d definitely return if or when I ever need to do so.
Wow! Bree helped me and I gotta say I wasn’t ready for the amount of professionalism I was met with! I came in and sweats and messy hair (truthfully exhausted after doing errands all day) and I was walked though all the tests with ease. It took about 15 minutes for the TB and finger prints. The system was having a hard time reading my fingerprints, but Bree was so patient and kind when I was getting fidgety. She is also super personable! Just like a nurse should be!!!
