I am a firm believer in Anne’s work. She helped me with some pain I was feeling in my body with an Ortho bioinoly session. I’m now attending her “ Move smarter not harder “ sessions and am learning how to realign my body with minimal effort. Her classes are relaxing and insightful and I highly recommend them.
