I've been around enough wellness practitioners to know the difference between someone who does bodywork and someone who actually understands the body. Anne Andrews is the latter. She has a rare ability to quiet the noise and help you reconnect with what your body is actually telling you and I walked out of my sessions feeling more at ease in my own skin than I had in weeks. If you're carrying tension you can't seem to shake, go see her.
