I chose the female thermography for $375. When I asked Tatiana (the tech person who took the pictures) for the documentation for reimbursement from UBCF she refused to provide me with what I needed to receive reimbursement from UBCF. Tatiana suggested I fight with them instead of providing me with what I needed. I picked the only female doctor available (Doctor was Kimberly Lavoie-Piana) and her exact words were "I don't want to cut off your consultation. At the rate we're going we won't finish".
