Absolute joke. 3 years and 2 months, pump dies, brittle lights snap off, increasing leak that requires filling the tub back up twice a week. And wouldn’t you know it only had a 3 year warranty. Had The Wellness Shop out to service my Jacuzzi hot tub after one of the cup holder lights stopped working. Jeremiah arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and quickly fixed the issue. He provided clear advice, great communication, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys his work. Very happy with the service and highly recommend!
We've been enjoying our J480 from Jacuzzi for the past 13 years now and couldn't be happier. These tubs ARE the best. And I'm happy to say Jacuzzi stands behind their products. For the few instances we've had to have warranty work done, Jacuzzi was fast and efficient fixing the issues. The tech staff are the greatest. Jeremiah did our most recent water change/service and did an awesome job! Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The repair was done expertly and the warranty work was fast and efficient. Thanks again Jeremiah.
Great service and we are enjoying our new Ontario hot tub. They were very informative about all of the products and process without any pressure sales. The delivery and installation went exactly as promised.
Absolutely outstanding experience — for the second time! This was my second time having my hot tub serviced, and once again it was fantastic. Ryan was an excellent communicator — extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I was working from home that day, and he was incredibly respectful of my schedule, knocking when I was available and texting when I was in a meeting, which I really appreciated. He took the time to clearly explain my warranty and walk me through the tub’s features without ever making me feel ... read more
