Absolute joke. 3 years and 2 months, pump dies, brittle lights snap off, increasing leak that requires filling the tub back up twice a week. And wouldn’t you know it only had a 3 year warranty. Funny how that happens. Wellness spa says it isn’t covered, but to my eyes that wood has taken a lot more than 2 or 3 months damage. Lot of big talk about how great of a tub it is, but now I’m out 10k and have a tub that is rotting. Let’s see how the team at wellness spa wants to handle a pretty serious product issue. Had The Wellness Shop out to service my Jacuzzi hot tub after one of the cup holder lights stopped working. Jeremiah arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and quickly fixed the issue. He provided clear advice, great communication, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys his work. Very happy with the service and highly recommend!

Our Swimspa purchase was a great experience from start to finish. The Wellness Spa is a great place to make this happen. Brendan was was fantastic and was instrumental in getting us the not the best fit for our requirements but also at a great price point that definitely came in under our budget.
