Absolute joke. 3 years and 2 months, pump dies, brittle lights snap off, increasing leak that requires filling the tub back up twice a week. And wouldn’t you know it only had a 3 year warranty. Funny how that happens. Wellness spa says it isn’t covered, but to my eyes that wood has taken a lot more than 2 or 3 months damage. Lot of big talk about how great of a tub it is, but now I’m out 10k and have a tub that is rotting. Let’s see how the team at wellness spa wants to handle a pretty serious product issue. Had The Wellness Shop out to service my Jacuzzi hot tub after one of the cup holder lights stopped working. Jeremiah arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and quickly fixed the issue. He provided clear advice, great communication, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys his work. Very happy with the service and highly recommend!
We've been enjoying our J480 from Jacuzzi for the past 13 years now and couldn't be happier. These tubs ARE the best. And I'm happy to say Jacuzzi stands behind their products. For the few instances we've had to have warranty work done, Jacuzzi was fast and efficient fixing the issues. The tech staff are the greatest. Jeremiah did our most recent water change/service and did an awesome job! Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The repair was done expertly and the warranty work was fast and efficient. Buyer beware! Go anywhere else to buy a hot tub, this was the worst purchase we made. We bought the Sundance Edison in September 2022- since then we have had so many issues- the head rests broke, the internal light covers have snapped off and three weeks after the 3 year warranty expired the motor died and there is a leak. We have contacted the wellness shop and they refuse to honour the warranty. Why would a three year old hot tub have a leak and the motor die just as the warranty is expiring? Great service and we are enjoying our new Ontario hot tub. They were very informative about all of the products and process without any pressure sales. The delivery and installation went exactly as promised.
