This place is nothing but a money grab. I scheduled a virtual appointment about a month after an in-person visit, only to be told during the virtual appointment that I needed to come in for my yearly in-person visit, which I had already done. I then scheduled another virtual appointment, but somehow got charged a no-show fee for an in-person appointment, even though it was always supposed to be virtual. They refused to refund the charge, despite the mistake being on their end. Absolutely ridiculous.
The team here at Wellness Psychiatry have been so supportive over the past few years! Always flexible and willing to practically bend over backwards for their patients. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you team for being my rock during some difficult times. 💕🥰💕
