I liked my phychiateist but unfortunately had to switch due to losing my insurance. Once I left they made it extremely hard for me to leave. I had to call them multiple times to cancel my appointment and explain I was seeing a different phychiateist that took my insurance. I was supposed to get refunded $300 due to an accidental email sent out that I had paid. I have tried to call them multiple times and they haven't given me a call back. It has been months and still no call back and still no refund for that $300.
Amy has been the first to listen to me and my needs. I feel like she has gone above and beyond to help me. I’ve been seeing her for over 2 years and I wouldn’t change that for anything.
