Dr. J is a very good chiropractor ~ up on all the current modalities, very interested in solving problems not just relieving symptoms. I come in 1x a week for a tailored treatment and adjustment, then go out back to sauna and cold plunge. This is followed by a restful night’s sleep and noticeably improved work week ahead. Pain meds/Advil significantly decreased, aiming for zero. Dr. J is the ultimate healer. I have been going to him for 2 years. I go to him for the usual back adjustments and after soccer for the infrared sauna and cold plunge. Great location on the westside.
Wellness Project is a top level chiropractic office with gorgeous facilities and backyard oasis featuring a sauna and cold plunge. Treatment is 10/10- come with pain, leave with relief. As someone who’s been in and out of different chiropractors for many years, my experience with Dr. JapNgie was a 10/10. He took the time to really understand what was going on with me before starting treatment and the sauna/cold plunge combo after the adjustment was awesome. Great guy and I would highly recommend!!
