I have been telling my PCP something was wrong for months. He dismissed me and claimed it was just PMS or a stomach bug. The emergency room at Christus and Longview Regional did the same thing. I went to Henderson UT Hospital and they diagnosed me with colitis. I call to see if I can get in to see my doctor and they get hostile about it and claim he's out for the week. If you are lucky enough to be able to get someone to answer the phone you MIGHT get the help you need. Most of the time no one answers or returns messages even if you need refills for critical prescriptions. Responding to refill requests from the pharmacy seems to be too much for this practice to handle. Also, good luck seeing an actual doctor, not a nurse practitioner that can’t handle basic care. Easy to get appointments. Great staff. Doctor is very knowledgeable and takes his time with patients to listen. Don't understand why they aren't wall to wall busy.
This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST clinic to deal with! If you need to see a provider that knows what they're doing, cares about their patients, and knows how to keep appointments DO NOT SCHEDULE HERE! This clinic is LITERALLY playing with people's health. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE seeing the providers here. If you are able to visit a different clinic please do so for the sake of your health.
