Customer service needs to listen to customer. before they transfer to other departments unfortunately yesterday I called & asked to speak to someone inside the clinic at pine tree & they said that they take the calls directly & then route them to the nurse .when I called I asked to speak to someone in the actual office they kept transferring me back & forth to the nurse.
