Horrible experience and I haven't even met with a provider yet. Front desk said they would call me back to schedule and after 2 weeks I finally called them. They said I should have received an email, not a phone call. I never received the email. When I finally got it, the whole thing was really confusing- they expected me to copy/paste questions and answers into another email(not clear what address to send it to) and then attach photos of my ID and insurance in the email. I don't write negative reviews lightly... Please stay away from this place. My provider was wonderful — attentive, direct, and exactly what I needed. I would personally give her 10 stars. However, the business operations are unacceptable. I decided not to continue with medication and canceled my "specialist" appointment, which they still charged me for. I have been at Wellness Partners in the PHP for about 2 and a half months now. SinceI have been in the program, I honestly have learned so much about myself and my mental health, and they have been very supportive of my substance use. Since day 1, they showed how much compassion they have and how much they truly care about your well-being.
