We are a family medicine clinic with accompanying pharmacy serving the people of Aurora and beyond. Please note that we are not a walk-in clinic, patients must be rostered with our doctors in order for them to be seen in our clinic. We provide comprehensive family medicine care for our patients with pharmacy support. We offer both in person appointments and virtual telephone appointments. Our doctors and pharmacists are fluent in English and Mandarin.

Front desk lady Paula was extremely rude and disconnect calls. And even said stop calling us! Well you didn’t resolve my issue that’s why I call. I guess no one taught her any manner or had any customer service training. If I can give negative stars, I would do so! This clinic is ruined by idiotic and rude receptionist!
If you are looking for a good family doctor, I do not recommend Dr. Bi. My partner and I had a terrible experience during our recent visit. Dr. Bi was extremely impatient and unprofessional, rushing through the appointment, which lasted only 10 minutes. First, I forgot to bring my health card. The receptionist informed me I could still see the doctor if I called back later with my number, which I agreed to. The front desk's attitude is extremely rude and lacks basic etiquette. They have no professional ethics in the service industry and lack proper training.
Doctor Bi is very nice and professional; but the front desk is horrible, do not know how to answer the call, providing professional service to patients.
