The house managers is very nice. Mo and Greg are very great managers and implements rules for the house. Some people cannot handle rules which is why wellness housing is not always the right spot for them. But the shared wellness housing help those who work or others who need help to get on their feet. Cleanliness is great here and have a/c in the house that helps . From the moment I moved in to this place I was constantly Harrased about rent and my government certified therapy dog being on the property after already being allowed on property due to my situation I was put in constant danger and now I have to risk my life on a court trail due to management not protecting the guest and was un rightfully kicked off the property due to my government certified therapy dog
Horrible property manager greg nit picks about everything harasses tenants about the little things and money Charges extra not sure how this is low income when all they care about is money n force you to be locked behind a gate not pleasant .if there’s already a padlock on door why lock gate older people tend to have a hard time opening. In the hood not safe at all .
Affordable housing doesn't get better then the quality of this sober living environment
Property manager is absolutely horrible.
