I am beyond disgusted by my experience at Wellness Haus. We booked a session for the cold plunge room via ClassPass, and the hygiene standards are absolutely unacceptable! While in the tub, we discovered a massive, nasty clump of hair floating around in the water. We immediately alerted the staff member, but the response was even more shocking than the discovery. Chris was very friendly and made sure I fully understood every step of the process.
I just had my first appointment and did RF neck and face and botox. The staff was friendly, the service seems good. I am from Skin Vitality for the last 20 yrs trying something new. Some feedback: intake forms should be on a iPad not paper, it's 2026 if I'm being honest. I took a copy of my injection locations from Skin Vitality, and was shocked at checkout to have another 90 dollars for 8 unit's in the corner of my mouth...4 each side.
