Front office people are just not helpful at all called 3 times and got nowhere with them. Paid $35 for my copayment in cash and 2 month later i get a bill saying I need to pay my copay.
Dr. Moreno is overall rude. i do not recommend this place at all. if a patient has a question it should not be responded with “i’m kind of busy can this take less than a minute?” what the hell kind of response is that? he is genuinely rude and unfriendly.
Our first and only visit to this wellness clinic was extremely disappointing. Due to HIPAA laws, I cannot go into specific details, but the doctor spent most of the appointment lecturing us instead of addressing our actual health concerns. While accountability in health is important, there must be clear boundaries. The conversation felt overly personal and extended beyond what is appropriate for a medical visit.
