Dr Moreno is the best Doctor Ive seen my whole life, Ive been seeing him for years and more recently he literally saved my life. His years of experience and knowledge make him the best and simply the go to doctor in the RGV!
Front office people are just not helpful at all called 3 times and got nowhere with them. Paid $35 for my copayment in cash and 2 month later i get a bill saying I need to pay my copay.
Dr. Moreno is overall rude. i do not recommend this place at all. if a patient has a question it should not be responded with “i’m kind of busy can this take less than a minute?” what the hell kind of response is that? he is genuinely rude and unfriendly.
