Questionable hiring practices. Terrible experience.
doctors are great and professional, I enjoy seeing Dr Cassandra for months. One thing I dislike is the random opening hours, I got several appointments cancelled bc they either are not available or want to close early. I understand it’s important to take care of the staff but it truly isn’t considering clients schedule. I had to move around my work schedule to meet their ad hoc cancellations.
Highly Recommend for Back Pain Relief! I came to Wellness Centrale with persistent lower back pain, and I’m so glad I did! The staff was welcoming, and Dr. Cassandra really took the time to understand my condition. After a few sessions, I felt a huge improvement. The adjustments were effective, and they provided helpful tips for home care. Great experience overall—highlyrecommend!
This place was closed constantly with no email notification to patients. On multiple occasions I went for an adjustment, walking a long distance after work because nobody answers the phone and there was nothing on their website to indicate that they were closed. They did respond to an email, eventually returning one month's charge at which point I left their care. They have continued to charge my HSA even though they have acknowledged that I have left their care because they want me to sign a form that they're never open for... read more
Doctor are very good but working for them is a no no. Taking money from your checks while off the books , not communication at all . No respect all from manager
