Dr. Jennie is incredible! I first met her when brining my mother in and felt so comfortable with her and how at ease she made us both feel that I then became a patient as well. She really understands your needs, listens and takes all the time needed to take care of you. Thank you jennie for being you!
Two no-shows for telehealth visits and two no-shows on promised phone calls. After one telehealth no-show by Klink, the receptionist told me AFTER THE FACT that "she doesn't like doing telehealth". Great.. so why did you schedule it? I waited around for that appointment and put off other things. I feel ghosted. I know it's been hard with covid and tele-visits etc, but communication around this would have saved me a lot of wasted time. Seeking care elsewhere.
Our family has made Jenny our primary care because she is an amazing, talented, professional human being. She is such a caring person and we leave her office happy, positive and with a game plan that works for our family. I know Jenny and her staff go above and beyond for her clients. They are an amazing team that I appreciate and care for. We love and appreciate EVERYTHING Jenny and staff do. Hugs. The Olmsted Family.
Best doctor I have ever had honestly she is a big part of my recovery
I saw Jennie when she was the NP for my doctor. Jennie left to start her own practice and I followed her. She listens to me since I know my own body better than anyone. Everyone here is super nice and deals wonderfully with my sense of humor as I go to funny and not grumpy when I don't feel well.
