RecommendedI am a former employee and it was a great work environment. The staff was very easy to work with and it was a pleasant experience. Now as for the HR department, I've requested an important part of my employee record out of my file and have been waiting now for two weeks to get it as promised. I can't imagine it would take that long to pull a piece of paper our of a file cabinet but I am still patiently waiting. The staff at Wellmore of TC are very kind, helpfu, caringl and genuinely desire the best for all of the residents and their families. The aesthetics are beautiful and the design of the entire campus is very functional for the residents.

Staff is amazing, great facility
I have been at WellMore for about 2 years now, and it honestly is the best nursing home. I love seeing the residents enjoy the food, activities, events, etc. So if you ever need a loved one taking care of come take a tour and see this beautiful facility and friendly staff. I love working here!
My 91-year-old Aunt has thrived since moving to Wellmore almost one year ago. The care has been top-notch, she loves the meals, and has made many friends. She has multiple therapists who are helping her recover speech and mobility after a stroke one year ago when she lived in Florida. The family is very happy with the all-inclusive pricing, and the staff is helpful and caring. This is the best decision we could have made for her.
My parents have lived at Wellmore for 1 year. Both have enjoyed many of the amenities and have been pleased with everything. My mother passed away 2 weeks ago unexpectedly. The staff and management has been very helpful throughout this difficult time. I highly recommend the assisted living facility at Wellmore. My father has so much support there with the residents and staff.
They need to have some sensitivity when a patient passes after spending 15 months in memory care and skilled nursing. While the nursing staffs took good care of my wife especially on the day she died, management at the facility could have cared less. No call from the director or social services, not even a sympathy card, nothing. (Even the SC Coronors office sent a card though they were not involved) Wellmore even continued to bill us for five days afterward for an empty room though we were dealing with our grief. My parents are receiving great care at Wellmore of Tega Cay! The staff is very caring and my parents are now very happy. Since being at Wellmore the last 1.5 years, their health has greatly improved. We were able to compare it to many facilities in the South Charlotte area and Wellmore is by far the best one.
