It really has eased my mind to know that they are taking such good and personal care of them and taking the safety of the residents and staff very seriously. I will be forever grateful for the care my mother receives in Reflections. Memory Care staff are angels on earth and have been able to largely shield residents from the current chaos of the outside world. The absolute BEST experience one could possibly have was having my grandmother here at Wellmore of Tega Cay. Not only did they go above and beyond during my grandmothers year and a half stay, they continued to follow up with our family after she passed. Wellmore is not your "typical" Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Home! It is a bright, happy, beautifully decorated home! I could not be more impressed with Wellmore and their staff. Even before Covid 19 they provided excellent care for my mother. Their staff is loving, caring, competent, compassionate, and they go the extra mile to make mom feel at home and keep me informed about her. Incredible, caring, attentive staff. Their patience, tenderness, and skillfulness is phenomenal. (Especially Julie, Tonya, Rubiella, and Maria.) They take good care of Mom and are always friendly and informative to me. So glad my 94-year-old mother is at Wellmore-Tega Cay and close to family.
The staff goes above and beyond to meet the needs of each and every resident. It feels like one big family there.
