He is a very caring and compassionate doctor! He truly cares about his patients and he takes time to listen to them. He also takes time to explain his diagnoses and answers patient questions. I give him five stars!!!
Dr. Saranko will be retiring at the end of the year, which means Plant City is losing its finest doctor. But what a career, and what a great contribution he has made to this town! He has saved thousands of lives and made thousands of lives better. A job well done. He's the best.
dr. Bourne treated my mother with loving care. to me he is the best dr. would explain thing to my mother in a way that she would understand. He would take pictures with my mother. and that would make her day He is a good doctor

Dr. Ford usually helps me. His new staff,however, is awful. Staff arguably refused to check fax for a fax from another doctor. Rudely told me I wouldn't get an appointment anytime soon, told me there was no fax &did not check fax, other doctors office confirmed fax went through.Thought about changing doctors but I'd rather stay & be a thorn in staffs side. Dr Ford needs to beware of his new staff, the old staff is still helpful, NEW STAFF FULL OF THEIR SELVES & patients R complaining about them.
I have found it very difficult to get through to the office by phone. It seems that they have a lot of phone trouble or I get the answering machine almost every time I call.
The best Dr I ever had .He treats you as friend and takes his time to answer your questions I highly recommend Dr Pattel
I made an appointment 3 months ago for a physical! When I went into the office they had me down for a follow-up appointment. I have not seen the doctor for over a year. so I do not know what the follow-up was about. Instead of correcting there mistake. They gave me an appointment another 3 months out. I do not recommend this facility!
